Exerfly uses only the highest quality american steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and Nylon PA12 (Polyamide 12) high-performance thermoplastic. For product-specific materials, please see the speicifcations section on each product page.

We pride ourselves on our premium build quality, but what does that really mean?

It starts with testing. We've spent years refining the design of our outer shells, shafts, sensor components, motors, and flywheels, putting each one through rigorous testing until it performs the way it should.

Then there's the materials. We prioritize premium materials, chosen for the purpose of withstanding heavy, repeated use over time.

Finally, the build itself. Every Exerfly device is manufactured inside our headquarters in Wisconsin, USA. Keeping design, machining, assembly, and testing in-house means we control every stage that impacts durability, accuracy, and product performance.
