Yes. Every Exerfly customer is paired with a dedicated applied sport scientist from day one. They are your main point of contact, providing onboarding resources and the option to book 1-on-1 setup calls. After that, you’ll receive free check-ins with your sport scientist every 90 days to ensure a smooth integration of Exerfly into your environment.
